When choosing a vehicle, we recommend you consider; the number of passengers traveling, the amount of luggage space required, the type of roads you will be using (city roads, highways, rural or off road terrain), the travel distance and your preferred level of comfort and budget.

Sending a booking request
Booking a vehicle with Africa Adventure Safaris is simple and convenient. You can send your request through our website booking form, email, phone call or WhatsApp. To help us serve you efficiently, we encourage you to provide detailed information such as your preferred vehicle type, pick-up and drop-off locations, rental dates and times, whether you require self-drive or chauffeur service, and any special requests like child seats, GPS or cross-border travel. Booking confirmation and rental agreement
Once we receive your booking request, we check vehicle availability and send you a detailed quotation outlining the rental cost and terms. The quotation clearly explains the daily rate, insurance coverage, mileage policy, fuel policy, security deposit (if applicable) and any additional charges such as cross-border permits or extra driver fees. Your booking is confirmed after you approve the quotation, make the agreed deposit or full payment, and sign the rental agreement.
